The deposit must be paid within 3 business days of signing the booking agreement. In most cases, the deposit is 30–50% of the total booking fee.
If the artist is unable to attend or perform due to a Force Majeure event (such as illness, natural disaster, or travel disruption), you remain liable for the full fee. However, we will make every effort to reschedule or propose an alternative solution to minimize any potential loss.
If the artist personally cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
We accept bank transfers, credit card payments, and PayPal.
All payment details will be provided along with the final booking agreement.

In most cases, we can confirm availability and secure bookings 6 to 12 months in advance.
Please note: we don’t display artist calendars online, as availability depends not only on confirmed bookings but also on their travel routes and logistics. Many artists travel extensively, and we take into account travel time and time zones to ensure proper scheduling.

If the artist is available, we’ll send you a booking form to confirm the request. Once all details are agreed upon, you’ll receive a short contract. The booking is secured after we receive the signed agreement and deposit.
