Booking an artist can raise many questions

The booking agreement for a DJ, celebrity, or live artist is a simple document that outlines the terms of the performance.

It typically includes:

• The event location, date, and time
   
• Duration and number of sets the artist will perform
   
• Agreed fee and payment terms
  

It also covers expenses such as:

• Travel costs
   
• Accommodation (if needed)
   
• Visa and permit fees (depending on the location)
   

The agreement will clearly outline any hospitality rider, including meals, drinks, and any specific artist preferences. This ensures the performer and their team are well accommodated.

If you are booking live music, the agreement will also mention any technical requirements, such as equipment and stage setup.

Lastly, the contract defines the cancellation terms what happens if you cancel the event or if the artist becomes unavailable.

The deposit must be paid within 3 business days of signing the booking agreement. In most cases, the deposit is 30–50% of the total booking fee.

If the artist is unable to attend or perform due to a Force Majeure event (such as illness, natural disaster, or travel disruption), you remain liable for the full fee. However, we will make every effort to reschedule or propose an alternative solution to minimize any potential loss.

If the artist personally cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

We accept bank transfers, credit card payments, and PayPal.

All payment details will be provided along with the final booking agreement.

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll respond within 24 hours.

If your dates are flexible, feel free to let us know we’ll get back to you with available options. We also check if the artist has scheduled performances near your location, which could help reduce travel costs.

In most cases, we can confirm availability and secure bookings 6 to 12 months in advance.

Please note: we don’t display artist calendars online, as availability depends not only on confirmed bookings but also on their travel routes and logistics. Many artists travel extensively, and we take into account travel time and time zones to ensure proper scheduling.

If the artist is available, we’ll send you a booking form to confirm the request. Once all details are agreed upon, you’ll receive a short contract. The booking is secured after we receive the signed agreement and deposit.

In most cases, bookings can be confirmed within 24 hours.
